Step 1: DATA.
Need help obtaining or targeting a data file? Whether you already have a file or need us to purchase one for you, there will always be bad addresses. To increase cost effectiveness and efficiency, we use USPS certified software to clean each file. This ensures that you aren’t mailing outside your district or to bad addresses. Once we determine a final count, we also review your budget and pick a quantity that fits your means.
Step 2: CONTENT.
You can either write the mailer yourself or have us write it for you. If you’d like us to write the mailer, let us know any specifics you need to have included and we will send you draft copy within 24 hours of your request. Our strong client relationships, Hill experience and constant research enable us to always stay on top of the latest legislation and issues before Congress.
Step 3: DESIGN.
We will have a cutting-edge design turned around to you within 24 hours and in most cases sooner. If you have seen another mailer you liked, have an in-house template you’d like us to follow, or have a specific concept for the look/layout of your mailer, let us know and we will work with you.
Step 4: FRANKING APPROVAL.
We pride ourselves in having the Franking rules, regulations and approval process down to a science. Once you are ready, we will fill out the three pages of forms and fax them to you for signature. Once you receive them, you have them signed and fax them to Franking. Once they are faxed, you email the final pdf to Franking for approval.
Step 5: PRINTING and MAILING.
Once Franking and your office have approved the mailer, we are ready to print and mail! This process usually takes from 2-4 days, depending on the size and qty of the mailer. |
